I’m having issues with my app. What now?

Learn what to do if you are experiencing issues logging in or using the Bluecrew App.

If you are having issues with the app, the first thing to do is make sure you have updated the app. Or, if you are logging on a computer or through a webpage, you are using the website https://cm.bluecrewjobs.com/.

Updating your Bluecrew App

For iPhone

  1. Open the App Store, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.

  3. Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to Bluecrew

For Android

  1. From the Play Store Home screen, tap the Menu icon (upper-left)

  2. Tap My apps & games .

  3. Tap Bluecrew

  4. If presented, review App Permissions then tap Accept to proceed with app update.

If you're still having trouble, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Switch to a different Wi-Fi or internet connection.

  2. Try logging in on another device.

How to login as a Crewmember if you are accessing our Bluecrew Workplace website www.bluecrewjobs.com:

After selecting Log In, you will "Create Worker Account"

Select "Sign In"

If you are resetting your password or logging in, you must enter your email address in lowercase letters. You may not receive the access code for login if you are not entering your email exactly as it appears in our Bluecrew App. Please also check your spam and junk folders as some emails may route to these areas.
