What is the Onaroll points system?
Bluecrew has partnered with Onaroll to offer Crew Members a rewards program. Crew members will be able to earn points for actions they take and milestones they reach and then redeem those points for perks. Once you sign up for Onaroll,
How can I earn points?
Points only begin to accrue once you sign up for Onaroll. Points are not back dated to previous activity in Bluecrew. Some examples of goals that will enable you to earn points would be answering daily questions on the Onaroll site and working shifts.
Points are earned in your Onaroll account by achieving any of the following:
• Work a Shift Daily
• Work 3 Shifts This Month
• Work 6 Shifts This Month
• Work 18 Shifts This Month
• Work Back-to-Back Months
• Answer the Onaroll Daily Training Trivia Question
How do I know if I’m enrolled in Bluecrew Rewards?
Navigate to https://app.onaroll.co/login and enter your phone number. If you are enrolled, you will be directed to your Onaroll dashboard.
Where can I view my points?
You can view points and redeem rewards on the Onaroll site by navigating to https://app.onaroll.co/login and logging in with your phone number. Additionally, you should receive SMS text messages from Onaroll, directing you to the Onaroll site to view your points balance and your progress toward your goals, and you can redeem your points there.
When can I redeem my points?
To be eligible to redeem points for a gift card, Crew Members must have worked at least one shift in the past 20 days. These requirements were put in place in Q4 after your team flagged concerns about Crew Members making redemptions before being assigned to a cost center. A minimum redemption value of $5 is required.
I have X amount of points, how come I can't get X prize?

How can I opt in to the points system?
Go to the Dashboard (Home Page) on the Bluecrew app and tap "Join Bluecrew Rewards." Please note that this option may change its position on your Dashboard if not selected for a period of time.
How are my taxes calculated with my redemption of Points?
At the end of each quarter, we will apply tax deductions related to your redeemed perks to your paycheck. We will determine the tax you need to contribute by estimating your annual income, based on your Bluecrew work history.

Are Bluecrew Onaroll points transferable upon termination from Bluecrew?
No, Onaroll points are not transferable and are not a vested benefit that gets paid out upon termination from Bluecrew. Any unused points are forfeited upon termination from Bluecrew.
