What is the new points system?
Bluecrew has partnered with Onaroll to offer Crew Members a rewards program. Crew members will be able to earn points for actions they take and milestones they reach and then redeem those points for perks.
What happens with existing Bluecrew points?
We will transfer existing Bluecrew points to Bluecrew Rewards at 1-to-1 conversion rate until February 17, 2023. You will see these points in your Onaroll account within 36 hours of enrollment. This means that Crew Members who had Bluecrew points may be able to redeem Bluecrew Rewards perks right away.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points through daily and monthly goals. You will be able to see all goals on the Onroll site. Once you opt in to Bluecrew Rewards, you can access the Onaroll site through the SMS that you will receive from Onaroll or by visiting https://app.onaroll.co/login. Some examples of goals that will enable you to earn points would be answering daily questions on the Onaroll site and working shifts.
How do I know if I’m enrolled in Bluecrew Rewards?
Navigate to https://app.onaroll.co/login and enter your phone number. If you are enrolled, you will be directed to your Onaroll dashboard.
Where can I view my points and redeem the rewards?
You can view points and redeem rewards on the Onaroll site by navigating to https://app.onaroll.co/login and logging in with your phone number. Additionally, you should receive SMS text messages from Onaroll, directing you to the Onaroll site to view your points balance and your progress toward your goals, and you can redeem your points there.
I have X amount of points, how come I can't get X prize?

What happens to my existing Bluecrew points? Do I need to opt in?
Once you opt in to Bluecrew Rewards, your existing Bluecrew points will be transferred to Onaroll until February 17, 2023. You will see these points in your Onaroll account within 36 hours of enrollment, and you can use those points to redeem Onaroll perks.
How can I opt in to the points system?
Go to the Dashboard (Home Page) on the Bluecrew app and tap "Join Bluecrew Rewards." Please note that this option may change its position on your Dashboard if not selected for a period of time.
How are my taxes calculated with my redemption of Points?
At the end of each quarter, we will apply tax deductions related to your redeemed perks to your paycheck. We will determine the tax you need to contribute by estimating your annual income, based on your Bluecrew work history.

Are Bluecrew Onaroll points transferable upon termination from Bluecrew?
No, Onaroll points are not transferable and are not a vested benefit that gets paid out upon termination from Bluecrew. Any unused points are forfeited upon termination from Bluecrew.
