Please review the following 3 statements related to clocking in/out and reimbursements.
1) Accurate Time Tracking:
I acknowledge that Bluecrew is committed to paying me for all time worked. I further acknowledge and agree to comply with Bluecrew’s Timekeeping Policy set forth in the Employee Handbook, which requires me to accurately and honestly record all the time I work each day. I understand that when I work on an assignment for a Bluecrew Customer, the work time that I am required to record includes time that I may work beyond my scheduled work hours, as well as time spent on any pre-shift and post-shift activities required of me by Bluecrew or the Customer that may occur before I have clocked in or after I have clocked out. Any such unrecorded pre-shift and post-shift activities that I must report as time worked include, but are not limited to, undergoing a security check at the Customer’s worksite, putting on and taking off personal protective equipment (PPE), and attending pre- or post-shift meetings. I further acknowledge that I am required to record the start of my shift prior to commencing any work, including any required pre-shift activities, and that I must not record the end of my shift until after I have stopped working, including any required post-shift activities. I acknowledge that it is a violation of Bluecrew’s policy for anyone to instruct or encourage me to work “off the clock” or incorrectly report the hours I worked. I agree that if I am instructed or encouraged to perform any work “off the clock” or to not report any time that I have spent working, including time spent on pre-shift or post-shift activities, I am required to and will report the incident to Bluecrew Support so that Bluecrew can take all appropriate steps, including any adjustments to my time entries to ensure that I am fully paid for all time I have worked.
2) Equipment Reimbursements:
I acknowledge and understand that I am entitled to reimbursement for all necessary work-related expenditures and expenses including, without limitation, any assignment-specific equipment or supplies which are not provided to me by Bluecrew or the Customer for whom I perform the assignment, such as steel-toed boots and any uniform (meaning, apparel with a logo or of distinctive design or color) that is specific to a particular assignment. I understand, acknowledge and agree that if I believe I have incurred a necessary work-related expense warranting reimbursement, I must contact support@bluecrewjobs.com and provide an explanation of what I am seeking reimbursement for and evidence of the incurred expense.
3) Personal Cell-Phone Reimbursement:
I acknowledge and understand that Bluecrew will provide me with a stipend to reimburse me for all work-related use of my personal cell phone or mobile device (including, without limitation, to access and use the Bluecrew platform and for work-related communications), and that the amount of the stipend I will receive is based on the number of shifts that I work. If I believe that the amount of reimbursement I am receiving is not sufficient to fully reimburse me for the work-related use of my personal cell phone or mobile device, I understand that it is my responsibility to contact support@bluecrewjobs.com, and to provide information regarding the costs of my personal cell phone and the additional amount I am seeking and the reasons for the same.
