Refer a friend and earn a bonus!
Once you start working with Bluecrew, you also become eligible to earn a referral bonus for every friend that signs up using your referral code. Referral bonuses are paid once your referral (aka your friend) completes their first shift with Bluecrew. Our standard referral bonus is $50, but check the app to see the latest offer in your area.
How to refer friends and family
It's easy! To get started, open the Bluecrew app and click "Refer a friend" from the main menu.
Once there, you will see your own unique referral code. If you click the "share" button next to the code, you can send the code to friends and family through text or email. You can also post your code to social media to share with even more of your friends! If anyone signs up using your referral code and works at least 1 shift within 30 days of signing up, you will receive the referral bonus.
There is no limit to the number of bonuses you can receive, so make sure to refer all of your friends! But remember, your referrals must enter your referral code when they sign up, otherwise, we won't know you referred them and we cannot pay the referral bonus. Please see the image below that highlights where your referrals must enter your code.
Additional details:
The referred Crew Member must work their 1st shift within 30 days of signup in order for the referring Crew Member to receive a referral bonus.
Referral bonuses will only be paid if the referring Crew Member's referral code is entered with the new Crew Members signs up.
Bonuses will be paid to eligible Crew Members on a payroll date following the referral completing their 1st shift. Typically these bonuses are paid within 2-4 weeks after the shift hours are approved in payroll.
Eligibility:
Eligible Crew Members must be employed by Bluecrew and be in good standing in order to collect a referral bonus.
The referred Crew Member must also be in good standing and employed by Bluecrew in order for any referral bonus to be paid.
Referral bonuses are only paid for referring new Crew Members, meaning they haven’t yet created a Bluecrew Account.
Corporate team members and employees of Bluecrew, Inc. (corporate team members) and other affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Terms & Conditions:
Payment of referral bonus will be made only to eligible Crew Members who have worked at least 1 shift and are still employed with Bluecrew and in good standing. If either the referred or referring Crew Members have been terminated for any cause or reason prior to the payment of the referral bonus being due, then the Crew Members are ineligible for a referral payment.
Bluecrew may, to the maximum extent permitted by law and in its sole discretion, change these terms or cancel this referral bonus at any time; or modify, terminate or suspend the referral bonus.
All referral bonuses will be paid in accordance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws and are subject to tax withholding.
