Background checks are handled by Checkr and can take 1-10 days. In some rare instances, background checks can take up to several weeks. Checkr may need a picture of your ID, so check your email periodically and make sure to check your spam folder. Once you’re cleared, you’ll get a text message and can get started. If something comes up that is against our standard adverse action guidelines, we will notify you via to make sure it is an accurate record. Infractions against our adverse action checklist are accessed on a case by case basis in tandem with Checkr.
