Premiums for American Worker benefits will be taken from your weekly paychecks. Each premium taken provides coverage for the following Monday through Sunday. If you miss a paycheck, you may make payment directly to The American Worker to keep your coverage current. If you go six weeks without a premium paid, your coverage will be terminated.
