There are many occasions where an institution or agency requires verification of your employment or income. Effective 5/1/2023, Bluecrew will use The Work Number® to provide automated employment and income verifications for our staff members. Rather than trying to reach Home Office HR, your secure information is now available to verifiers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Work Number® is a fast and secure way to provide proof of your employment or income – a necessary step in many of today’s life events including obtaining credit, financing a home or automobile, obtaining a housing lease, or securing government benefits or services.

The Work Number® simplifies the verification process and accelerates qualifying decisions through an online system available to verifiers.

Bluecrew Crewmembers: If you need a VOE for your own records, please use the following link to Login to The Work Number®. Once logged in, you can complete your request. If any of the information displayed on The Work Number® is wrong, please respond to this message and tell us what is wrong. If a third party agency or company is requesting your VOE be sent to them directly, please share the below "Third Party Verifiers" information with the requestor, as they must register and request your employment details directly through The Work Number® website themselves.

​Third-Party Verifiers: Bluecrew has selected The Work Number® service from Equifax to help provide automated income and employment verifications. Please use the following link to register your organization and Login to The Work Number®. Once logged in, you can complete your request. If you have issues with registration or logging in, please contact The Work Number’s Client Service Center directly at 1-800-367-5690. Please note: Duplicate digital submissions are not required for mailed requests. If you also submitted a hard copy/physical request through USPS, it will be uploaded to The Work Number® where the status of your request can be viewed online.

Please do not initiate a request with The Work Number®. Instead, please complete, sign, and submit this Verification of Employment form (please be sure to check the boxes next to the types of information you're authorizing us to release) and then reply back to this message stating which condition applies. Once it is received, HR will complete the employment verification request and notify you.
