What is The Work Number®?
The Work Number® is a fast and secure way to provide proof of your employment or income – a necessary step in many of today’s life events including obtaining credit, financing a home or automobile, obtaining a housing lease, or securing government benefits or services.
The Work Number® simplifies the verification process and accelerates qualifying decisions through an online system available to verifiers.
How to Request Verification of Employment
Employees can obtain a Letter of Employment or Employment & Income through The Work Number® using the link below: https://employees.theworknumber.com
1. Log in to The Work Number
2. Select "Register Now" if you are a first-time user
3. Complete identity verification
4. Click the "Letters" tab
5. Select and download your letter (PDF)

Please do not initiate a request with The Work Number®. Instead, complete and sign Bluecrew’s Verification of Employment form. Indicate the specific condition that applies and submit the form to HR. Once processed, HR will notify you of the verification status.
