You will be marked as Tardy if you are more than 15 minutes late to your job assignment. The following penalties will apply if you are excessively tardy in the span of one month:
First Offense: No penalty - it happens from time to time
Second Offense: Official Warning Issued
Third Offense: Second Warning Issued
Fourth Offense: 4 Day Suspension, Position will be placed Under Review
- Everyone has doctor’s appointments, family obligations, or planned vacations from time to time. These instances need to be communicated to your supervisor with, at minimum, a 48-hour notice.
- If you have more than 4 excused absences in a month your position will be placed Under Review / 4 day suspension
If you inform your supervisor on the day of your assignment or within the 48-hour window, it will be considered an unexcused absence.
If this happens more than once a month:
- Your position will be placed Under Review
- If your supervisor was not informed 48 hours in advance, the absence will be considered unexcused and subject to this policy.
No Call No Show
You will be automatically terminated for a no call no show.
