You may have accepted a job that has multiple shifts and if you are unable to make it to any one of the shifts, YOU MUST "request a day off" and not "cancel". Cancelling will result in all shifts getting cancelled. Cancelling will also result in your account getting SUSPENDED due to it being past the acceptable time frame to cancel a job without penalty. 

All suspensions are subject to review for reversal but NOT guaranteed. Suspensions are 4 days and 1 hour long to the very second, you will be notified when this is lifted. Once you request a day off you do not need to cancel the shift, we will mark it as an excused. Please be aware of the difference between canceling and requesting a day off.
