Required Certification enables Workplaces to assign certifications that are required for a Position, so that only Crew Members who indicate they are certified can be accepted to such jobs. When you select a certification for a Position, the Position will automatically be annotated with the certification’s requirements, so you DO NOT have to add it separately into the job description or custom requirements. All Crew Members who apply to the job will be required to indicate they have those certifications before they are accepted to the job and must bring proof of the certification to the worksite.
To assign a certification to a new Position, first choose the skill set for the Position. The screen will then update with all available certifications that can be assigned to that Position, based on the skill set. Users can then select the certifications they want to apply to the Position, and when they’re done filling out Position details, click “Next”. If you do not require certifications for the position, leave the certifications section blank/unchecked. Please note certifications cannot be added or removed from a position once it has been created.
Certification Options Are:
Concession Stand / Worker
Production - Food
**The Responsible Beverage Server Certification is required only for positions located in California. If your position is not located in California, please select the Alcohol Server Certification (if required).
How to Use:
To add a certification to a new position, click on “Post a job”
Under the Get Crew Members, click on “choose a position” and select “New Position” and choose the skill set required for the position.
If your Workplace requires a certification for all workers, select the certification(s) which apply to the position and click “Next” to add additional information about the position (work address, pay, arrival instructions, description, and schedule).
Note: It is the responsibility of the Workplace to designate whether a position requires a certification. If a certification is not designated, the platform will assume no certification is needed.
