Clocking In and Out

It is your responsibility to clock in and out on the Bluecrew app each day at the start and end of your shift, and at the start and end of your lunch break. You are expected to clock in only for time working, on-site, that has been scheduled by the workplace and approved by Bluecrew. Clocking in off-site, during non-work time, or without being scheduled by the workplace and approved by Bluecrew may result in termination.

For any time you cannot clock in on the Bluecrew app, you must write into the “Help” section in the Bluecrew app and provide your full work time information for that day’s shift.

We understand that at some workplaces, you may also be asked to clock or sign in and out separately. Regardless, you still must clock in and out on the Bluecrew app. If you’re working at a site that has a Bluecrew Terminal, you will be using your phone to clock in but looking at the Terminal to get the code. The Bluecrew app is your official time record to ensure you are paid on time and accurately.

Timestamp Adjustments

Bluecrew monitors all manual adjustments to identify reasons why you cannot clock in on the app directly and improve your experience. To do this, we need all Crew Members to provide full information about any shifts when they are missing time, including company, date, time in, time out, lunch duration, and reason for not using the app. Falsifying time records, not reporting hours, or failing to clock in and out on the app within 48 hours of your shift is grounds for termination.
