The health and safety of all Crew Members is extremely important to us, especially in these difficult times. That’s why today, April 1st, Bluecrew is making telemedicine available for free to all active Crew Members and their families! Telemedicine - available through MDLIVE - allows you to speak with a board-certified doctor or medical professional over the phone or a secure video chat.

The CDC recommends contacting a doctor before going to a hospital or clinic for care - telemedicine through MDLIVE is one way to get in touch with a doctor.

If you’ve worked any jobs through Bluecrew within the past 90 days, you are automatically qualified to enroll in free access to telemedicine! It’s as easy as picking up the phone or starting a video chat. This free service will be available through June 30, 2020. Note - if you’ve recently begun working jobs through Bluecrew, you are eligible the Tuesday after you’ve worked your first shift.

Getting started is easy - simply follow the instructions below to complete the simple sign-up process; this service is available through MDLIVE. Once you’ve signed up, you (and your family!) can be getting the medical attention you need in a matter of minutes.

To get started using MDLIVE, please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to and click "Activate Now".
  2. Complete the sign-up process, making sure to enter your name and email address exactly as they are listed in your Bluecrew account.
  3. Once complete, you can begin interfacing with medical professionals as needed.

What qualifies as family?

Family members for this offering include your child, parent, grandparent, sibling, domestic partner, or spouse.

When should I call?

MDLIVE is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, even on holidays. Use MDLIVE anytime you have a non-emergency medical condition, are unable to see your primary care provider, or when you simply prefer a convenient, cost effective alternative to the emergency room, urgent care center, or clinic.
