During the interview, you will learn how Bluecrew works, what you can expect from Bluecrew, and what we expect for our amazing Crew members.
We expect those that sign up for an interview arrive to have proper identification ready at the time of their interview
After that, you'll fill out onboarding paperwork and we will run a background check before getting set you up on payroll (such as setting up a Direct Deposit). Once that’s complete, you can accept jobs through the app and start making money!
