If you log into your BlueCrew account on your app and are unable to complete an application, it could mean one of three things: 

  1. You need to delete and redownload the app and try again while making sure you are connected to a valid internet source. 
  2. You signed up for BlueCrew before we had implemented the application. If this is the case, please use the CONTACT SUPPORT tab requesting your account to be reinstated if you HAVE NOT been terminated (this includes duplicate accounts having been fired). Our dedicated support team will investigate, verify, and once your account is reinstated, you will be able to submit an application.  
  3. You recently applied and were not selected to move forward with the hiring process. If this is the case, please wait 90 days, and your account can be reinstated to reapply. 

If issues continue to persist then please get screenshots and when working with support send them over so they can troubleshoot with you.
