If you are in the process of moving or between housing, no worries we can still send your check to you.  

The best thing you can do is give us as much notice as possible that you will be moving.  

The first step is to update your address within the app. The best time to do this is on the last day you want to receive a check at your old address. When you change the address in the app, it will be submitted to HR for approval. This can take anywhere from 1-7 days.  

 Second, if you are expecting a mailed check within the 7-day period of changing your address in the app, please write out to live support as soon as possible to coordinate the best address to send your check. If there are any issues, you can always come to the BlueCrew office to pick up a check.  

 In addition, Direct Deposit might be your best option. You can always sign up here.

If you don't have a bank account and have 50 points or more we can easily get you set up with a pre-paid card (see the article "How does the paycard work").
