For long term shifts, a supervisor may ask you to work an additional shift or may change your schedule. This is not always reflected in your app and can cause problems with clocking in and out.  

The best thing to do is reach out to live support and write in the exact dates and times you will be working and (if a shift has changed) the dates and times for the canceled or moved shifts.  

Depending on the job and situation, we may be able to adjust the settings in the app so you can clock in and out or will just have you submit the hours manually after the shift.
