An ethical workplace begins with each of us. Living our purpose (Championing People. Unlocking Potential) begins with an ethical, positive, productive environment where each one of us is comfortable sharing concerns or experiences at EmployBridge that do not reflect our core values and ethical standards.

Our Code of Business Ethics (CBE) sets the highest standards of ethical conduct and reinforces our culture of ethics and how we operate our business with integrity. Our CBE applies to each of us, and it is each of our responsibility to read the CBE and abide by the ethical principles it embodies. To ensure this integrity exists, we partnered with NAVEX to provide another option by which you can report violations of law, policy, or issues that you are encountering in the workplace. You can report issues that include, but are not limited to, discrimination, harassment, misconduct or inappropriate behavior, mishandling of PII/data breach, retaliation, substance abuse, unfair treatment, and wrongful termination.

The EmployBridge Hotline is available to report your concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reports can be submitted in multiple ways:

You will also have the option to provide your name or to remain anonymous. Should you wish to remain anonymous, the system provides a means for ongoing dialogue while maintaining your anonymity.
